Essential Information: What you need to know
- What should I wear?
For your treatment, please wear loose
fitting, comfortable clothes. Jogging bottoms and a tee shirt (preferably long
sleeved) and socks are perfect, jeans tend to be too tight, and may be uncomfortable
during some stretches. If you prefer, you can get changed once you arrive.
- Are you qualified?
I am a graduate of the British School
of Shiatsu, having completed a full three year course and passed examinations
ratified by the Shiatsu Society.
- Are you insured?
I am fully insured to treat members of the public.
- How much does it cost?
My fee for an hour's consultation and treatment is generally £50, although due to decreased overheads I am able to offer appointments at Raydon at a £10 discount.
- What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel or change
an appointment I would ask that you give at least 24 hours notice wherever
possible. I reserve the right to charge the full fee for cancellations made
later than this.
- How do I find you?
Full directions to both clinics are shown
on the locations page.
