For your treatment, please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes. Jogging bottoms and a tee shirt (preferably long sleeved) and socks are perfect, jeans tend to be too tight, and may be uncomfortable during some stretches. If you prefer, you can get changed once you arrive.
I am a graduate of the British School of Shiatsu, having completed a full three year course and passed examinations ratified by the Shiatsu Society.
I am fully insured to treat members of the public.
My fee for an hour's consultation and treatment is generally £40.
If you need to cancel or change an appointment I would ask that you give at least 24 hours notice wherever possible. I reserve the right to charge the full fee for cancellations made later than this.
